The company is committed to identifying successful sites in strong markets and providing the highest quality housing for our residents. From concept to completion, Greenway carefully analyzes and executes every project to maximize investment return, cost efficiency, productivity and satisfaction for its partners, associates and residents. Furthermore, Greenway is committed to utilizing green builder concepts in all of its projects. Although Mr. Parker’s primary development activities will now be conducted through Greenway Residential Development, LLC, Mr. Parker remains the Managing Member of Greenway Development Company, LLC.

Of the 19 projects developed by Mr. Parker, 6 are in various phases of construction and lease-up. The remaining 13 projects have successfully stabilized.
